Building the “Designed to treat you better” brand in real time

Role: Sr. Director of Creative, leading the Creative Studio

Employers like Google, Walmart and Wells Fargo use Included Health to provide their employees with a convenient, hassle-free way to find care and solve their healthcare problems. The problem is that it’s hard to communicate what Included Health is, and when or why you should use it.

Working closely with our partners in marketing leadership, we set out to make Included health easier to understand, use, and believe in. Our internal Creative Studio designed and executed an extensive system of language, brand tenets, design templates, UI modules, and other creative building blocks while also delivering extensive everyday creative needs for the entire company.

Our efforts to create a brand that was kind, clear, and guiding delivered all-new levels of consistency in design, messaging, and layout, a photo library designed to convey human emotion through specific use cases, and a Creative Studio increasingly seen as a strategic business partner, rather than an internal vendor.
